Orders

For items handmade by Michelle, please allow 1-2 weeks for the making and delivery of your item once purchased. This can differ depending on order demand at the time and which country you are ordering from.

 

Shipping

MIMIJO happily ships worldwide. Each item is sent with a tracked and signed for service. MIMIJO is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post once sent that are out of our control. If you're in the UK like us, it will only cost you from £1.20. However, if you are elsewhere it will cost slightly more. Shipping within Europe will cost £4.50. Rest of world £8.00 for a standard delivery.

 

International Shipping

International packages may require local taxes or custom fees which are to be paid for by the customer themselves. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.

 

Standard Shipping Estimates

UK – 1-2 days once posted.
Europe – 5-8 days once posted.
Rest of the world – 7-14 days once posted.

Returns

Thank you so much for supporting MIMIJO! As my garments are made to order, I am unable to provide a refund if you change your mind or if the item does not fit.

If unsure about the size, please email mimijodesigns@gmail.coml with any questions.

I do accept exchanges and alterations if the fit is not as desired, please email mimijodesigns@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and a returns address will be provided to you. Exchanges must be posted back with a tracked service and the return postage as well as postage back to the customer should be paid for by the customer.

For custom order ideas and requests please email with the subject “CUSTOM ORDER REQUEST” to mimijodesigns@gmail.com

‘Custom Order’ means for example; if you require a different size than what is readily available on the website, or if you would like an item in another colour or a longer / shorter version of items already available on the website.
